Here at Wimbledon Plumbing and Heating Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing value for money to each of our customers in the Wimbledon and South West London area. We have set rates that we charge when coming out during our regular working hours of 08:00 to 17:00 – these are subject to change for emergency calls outs.
Call-out Rates
All call outs attract a minimum charge of one hour at our standard rates. Thereafter, our charges increase in 15-minute increments, by a quarter of the hourly rate. All our rates are subject to VAT, charged at the standard industry rate. These rates are for our time and labour only. Any materials used will be charged at an additional cost.
Service Rates
The following rates cover the whole job in question, regardless of how long it takes. These are start rates and are subject to change in the job in question is particularly complex.
Emergency Plumber Callout Times and Fees
We have separate rates for emergency callouts, based on the time you contact us. All emergency jobs are charged hourly and require a minimum of one hour’s charge. We charge emergency call-outs at thirty minute intervals after the first hour, though a discount will be applied if the job takes more than three hours to complete.
